Room 38W is an original Chacoan room located in the central portion of Salmon Pueblo, several meters northwest of Room 64W (Tower Kiva). It measures 5 x 2.9 m. A doorway is the only feature identified for the room. Ten ceramic artifacts were recovered from this room but there are no strata, photographic, or documentary records available.
