21P is a trench excavated in Salmon's plaza that runs from the edge of Salmon Pueblo, just south of Room 93W, to a point to the south where it intersects trench 20P. The trench had a variety of features including seed caches, trash pits, ash pits, hearths, and posthole. A total of 68 individual strata were designated during excavation of 21P.
